Trina Chakrabarti, Director-East and Volunteer Action, CRY along with Ashim Gosh- Associate General Manager CRY and Anindita Mukherjee- Senior Manager CRY visited Manipur from 8th of July 2024 to 11st of July 2024. During the visit, our team along with the guests made visits to the five remedial coaching centres at HEINOUPOK, THAOROIJAM, SALAM, MAKLANG and NGAIRANGBAM. Home visits were also made and interacted with the relatives of displaced people who have been severly affected by the ethnic violence happened on 3rd May, 2023. A visit to relief camp at Konthoujam was also made to look upon the conditions and status of the children at the camp. A brief interaction session was held with the children and the parents at the camp.
